Balancing work and play can be difficult and spending and saving is always a challenge. During this engaging session we break it down for players with how to craft a budget, why it’s important, and how to easily set one and stay on track.
Drafting and Managing a Winning Advisory Team
Delivered through the lens of performing a draft, we educate the players on how to interview and build out their advisory team. We put them through the drills of investigating and vetting options while also outlining strategies to allow them to manage and run their advisory team like a business.
Investing in the Paint
For players who have expressed an interest in investing in the market, this session educates them on why it’s important to understand and invest in the paint (basics) before taking more long-range, high risk shots in the market. Investing in the Paint highlights the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful player in the market, including investing’s role in a long-term plan as well as prudent types of investment vehicles available.
What the FICO?
One of the more complex and forgotten components of financial wellness is understanding and utilizing credit correctly. In this session players have fun while being educated through scenario-based exercises that explain and explore strategies to improve and use credit wisely.
Family and Friends
This session keeps it real by discussing the issues that challenge our players and distract them from their best performance. We provide empowering strategies pertaining to the emotional challenges of working with, managing, and dealing with family, friends, and their demands.
In Career
More advanced topics for those players on their second contracts. Most understand the basics are seeking resources for managing higher income.
What’s In Your Bag?
Players often claim to have to work for a bag, but rarely do they know, what’s in it. This session takes the time to examine potential components of a healthy balance to their business and financial affairs to determine exactly what they own, how it’s performing, and the applicable action steps, if needed.
The Second Contract
Many players look at that second contract as a “Do Over”, a chance to get it right. We address that in an engaging way that uncovers some of the financial fouls made with their first contract while enlightening them with strategies to adjust their financial activity to maximize the impact and potential of the second contract.
So, You Think You Want to Run a Business?
This is the first question we ask players. The next questions are found to be direct and eye-opening as we walk players through the critical steps, including key considerations for evaluating, planning, and running a business, that many often disregard out of naiveté or “get rich quick” mindsets.

In this session players are encouraged to take a hard and comprehensive look at their financial details and to work with their team of advisors to determine if they are on target to achieve their personal goals. We provide an objective third-party analysis to help players understand their financial picture and what adjustments, if any, are needed to ensure overall financial wellness.
