Lisa is a five-year veteran as a Navy Yeoman providing excellent administrative and customer service support. Leaving her short military career to follow her husband, a 26-year Navy veteran, she went on to provide executive administrative assistance to the top-selling real estate agents with Prudential California and Florida Realty in addition to a mortgage and lending company in Pensacola, Florida. She embarked on her own entrepreneurial endeavor in 2002 when she opened a local yoga studio in Norfolk, Virginia, quickly becoming one of the most popular venues among local students, and enjoyed a rewarding ten-year run that resulted in multiple locations. Lisa continues to teach yoga locally as it is her passion. While flexing her creative muscle in the design industry, a local St. Louis interior design firm took notice and appointed her as their visual merchandiser and showroom designer, a role that landed her as Team Lead of Visual Design and Sales for Crate and Barrel at the Annapolis location. Born and raised in New York she has traveled globally following her husband and shows flexibility and hard work in all areas of her life. She is excited to be a part of Edyoucore and making her home in Annapolis, Maryland.
W. Drew Hawkins

Drew is a 28-year veteran in the financial services arena. He started his career as an Account Executive with Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. Over the years, he has held a succession of Management and Senior Management Roles as the firm, through a host of acquisitions, ultimately became Morgan Stanley.
Drew became the firm’s first African American to be promoted to Managing Director within the Wealth Management Division in 2008. His other senior leadership roles include serving as the Head of National Recruiting, Sales and Marketing Director for the Northeast Division, Regional Director for the New Jersey and Mid-Atlantic Regions and notably the Founder and Head of the Global Sports & Entertainment Division. Drew stands apart from others in the financial services industry through his commitment to social impact.
He is now utilizing his previous experience to address the need to educate, equip & empower those in the sports and entertainment arena. As the Founder & President of Edyoucore Sports & Entertainment, his goal is to address the need to educate individuals on their financial, business and lifestyle affairs.
Drew is an active member of his community, serves on a host of boards and was recently appoint Board Chair of the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture. He is also an avid sports fan.
Daphne Winston
Director of Financial Education
Life rarely works out like we imagine it will. After graduating from Purdue University in 1988, Daphne began her first career as a chemical engineer in the oil and gas industry. While she enjoyed the experience and opportunities, she felt the desire to somehow impact people directly. So, after seven years she hung up her hardhat and began her second career in the financial services industry because she wanted to help people have a better relationship with money. Since then, she has earned valuable experience at several traditional advisory firms working with high net worth clients, small businesses and non-profit organizations. She returned to school, completed the Executive Financial Planning program at Xavier University and earned her Certified Financial Planner® certification.
Along the way, Daphne volunteered at Dress for Success and other non-profit organizations teaching people basic financial concepts and literacy. It became clear that her passion was providing unbiased financial education free from selling insurance products or managing money. Daphne joined Financial Finesse and was instrumental in helping the company design and implement workplace provided financial wellness programs for employees; including several NFL teams. In her new role as the Director of Financial Education at Edyoucore, Daphne will be able to leverage her previous experience and fulfill her passion by assisting those in Sports & Entertainment to become better equipped in addressing their financial, lifestyle and business affairs.
Daphne is the proud mom of twin daughters who are Ohio State Buckeyes. In her free time, Daphne enjoys live music, all sports, time on the beach, travel and sampling good red wine. She also volunteers with local non-profit organizations. Her life is nothing like she imagined it would be – it’s so much better.
Donald L. Dell
Senior Advisor
Donald Dell is recognized as being the pioneer of marketing in sports and television. After his professional sports career as a Hall of Fame tennis player, he utilized his law degree to become one of the most influential agents in the sports industry and founded ProServ. He has represented some of the biggest names in sports such as the legendary Arthur Ashe, Stan Smith, Jimmy Connors, and Pam Shriver, as well as basketball greats like Michael Jordan and Patrick Ewing. During his career as an agent he negotiated over $3 billion in contracts for the clients he represented. After selling ProServ, he transitioned to become a sales and marketing executive. In 1969 he founded the Washington DC Tennis Tournament, currently known as the Citi Open, which just celebrated its 50th year. Dell currently serves as an adjunct professor in Sports Law at the University of Virginia School of Law. He is the Vice Chairmen and member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame’s Board of Directors and serves on the board of the Arthur Ashe Institute of Urban Health. He now is committed to making part of his legacy to give back to the industry where he made millions of dollars for players and their families, through the ability to help them better understand and manage their finances.
Kevin Anderson

Kevin Anderson has more than two decades of leadership experience and has been recognized nationally as a leader in intercollegiate athletics. As West Point’s Athletic Director from 2004 – 2010, Anderson was responsible for twenty-five intercollegiate athletic teams, managed a $25 million budget and oversaw 200 employees. During his time as Athletic Director at University of Maryland from 2010 – 2018, Anderson focused on ensuring the financial security and sustainability for Maryland Athletics, and in July 2014, they officially became a member of The Big Ten Conference. A consultant for NACDA, he provides industry expertise and professional guidance to the Director of the McLendon Foundation, which provides post-graduate scholarships to minority students.
Keva Sturdevant
Director of Financial Education
Keva has over 25 years’ experience in the investment and money management arena managing money for high net worth families, corporations, endowments, and non-profits. Keva spent 8 years as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Keva’s areas of expertise are in wealth creation, risk management, asset protection, and personal financial planning. After a successful career in the corporate world, Keva began to teach Financial Education courses at Colleges and Universities. To date, Keva has taught over 25,000 students at 45 college campuses across the country. Keva also founded, Sturdevant Investment Consulting, where she assisted individuals understand and craft strategies to address their overall financial goals. While the firm did not take custody of client assets, her expertise and strategic guidance is what clients sought the most. Keva has also been quoted in several publications such as The Washington Post and The Washington Times. She has also been a featured columnist and made numerous TV and radio appearances promoting the importance of financial education.
Mitch Horan

Mitch has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry in delivering the tools and solutions necessary for corporations, non-profits, endowments, foundations and individuals to achieve successful outcomes in the Brokerage, Asset Management, Insurance and Retirement arenas. Mitch got his start in the business upon graduation from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY with his degree in Business Administration and has successfully executed in numerous client facing and Senior Management roles at firms such as, Prudential, Morgan Stanley and Blackrock. His most recent achievements have been in the empowerment of individuals in achieving their retirement goals through ongoing planning and monitoring of their unique personal situations. Mitch is a featured speaker at numerous industry events nationally on topics as diverse as Social Security, Economic Outlooks and Financial Markets, Risk Management, the changing nature of Retirement in America and Financial Planning. He serves on the boards of entities that are devoted to the causes of Children’s Health and Children’s Cancer Recovery, provides his culinary skills while assisting at his local food bank and also enjoys being an avid sports fan. Mitch is deeply committed to the edyoucore mission as it fulfills his passion for achieving unbiased financial literacy and education for everyone, so that, through the empowerment of that knowledge, lives can be improved on a multi-generational level.

Antoine Walker

Antoine Walker, professional athlete, media personality, philanthropist and public speaker, looks to educate young adults and athletes on the importance of financial literacy and education. A three time NBA All Star, an NBA Champion with the Miami Heat and the Team Captain of the Boston Celtics for six years, Antoine is able to speak to the highs and lows of professional sports.
The subject of the highly successful documentary, Gone In an Instant, Antoine opened up his personal life for viewers. Amassing over $110 million during a 13-year NBA career, Walker went from being an NBA All-Star and World Champion to facing felony charges stemming from gambling debt in Las Vegas. However, vice was not his sole enemy; his generosity to more than 70 family members and friends evenly contributed to the drain of his fortune. Now successfully navigating bankruptcy, Antoine is on a mission to educate others on financial literacy, using his own story as a warning and an effective platform for others to learn from his mistakes.

Andrew Hawkins

Andrew a former NFL player played seven seasons for the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns before retiring from the New England Patriots. Named a team captain while playing for the Browns, Hawkins amassed 250 receptions, 14 touchdowns, and nearly 3,000 yards throughout his professional football career.
Andrew is equally impressive off of the field and earning a Master’s degree from Columbia University while simultaneously playing in the NFL. Hawkins has also made national news for his stances on social justice issues and has been invited to Capitol Hill numerous times to discuss law enforcement and community relations issues with members of Congress. Hawkins was nominated for an Emmy as a host of ESPN’s SportsCenter on Snapchat. Additionally, he is the host of Operation Football on ESPN Radio, a studio analyst on SportsCenter and NFL Live, and one half of The ThomaHawk Podcast on Uninterrupted. On the business side, Hawkins serves as the Director of Business Development for the media, marketing, and entertainment companies of Maverick Carter & LeBron James.
